Our Bambini (“child” in Italian) classrooms are dedicated to the toddler age of development, full of exploration and wonder honoring independence, self help skills, and social interactions.
Bambini 1
Approximate Ages: 16 months - 30 months
1 teacher : 4-5 children, depending on ages
Alla
Alla joined VAKC in September of 2024. She received her Bachelors in Secondary Education with a double major in Foreign Language Instruction and French and her Master of Arts in English as a Foreign Language and French from Daugavpils Pedagogiska Universitate in Latvia. When Alla is not at VAKC she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dog, biking, gardening, traveling, and watching sporting events.
Bambini 2
Approximate Ages: 18 months - 30 months
1 teacher : 6 children
Rose
Rose joined VAKC in September of 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Beloit College in Education and Youth Studies in 2021.

Bambini 1 & Bambini 2 Assistant Teacher
Erica
Erica joined VAKC in May of 2025. She earned her assistant child care teacher qualification through the Department of Children and Families foundational trainings in Introduction to the Childcare Profession and Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care. She is currently pursuing her lead teacher qualification with the addition of the DCF course, Skills and Strategies for the Childcare Teacher. When she’s not working she likes to be outside enjoying nature, hiking. camping, or hanging by a good camp fire. She also loves being by the water swimming, fishing, and taking her girls to the zoo and parks to play.
